About Pengdows
Pengdows is an independent software company based in the Omaha Nebraska metro area.
We build tools for developers and database professionals who believe that software should respect the systems it depends on — not abstract them into irrelevance.
Our work spans data infrastructure, security, privacy, and the spaces where those disciplines intersect. We don’t have vendor loyalty. We use the best tool for the problem. When the right tool doesn’t exist, we build it.
What we do
We build open source software, offer consulting engagements, and publish technical content for engineering teams who want to understand their systems deeply rather than trust them blindly.
Our consulting practice focuses on .NET data infrastructure — connection governance, database architecture, multi-database deployments, performance diagnosis, and production reliability. We work with development teams, database administrators, and engineering leadership.
We are not generalists. If you have a database problem in a .NET system, that is exactly what we do.
